Yeah I know I had so much to upload here and I'm sorry. Now things have been a little chill since I took sometime off and another thing has been JDRAMA!!!!! OMG! I love Jdrama ^_^... I've always like Kdrama as you are able to see on a below post but at the moment I'm into Yakuza drama with a slight of comedy. So far my favorite one is My Hero My Boss starting Tomoya Nagase, whom has become might first international crush!!!!! He is just way too cute and I'm hook on the song Sorafune and he's just hot I know I'm sorry for those who might get annoy with my ranting but I just couldn't help it.

Gundam 00 episode 2

I must say Anonymous was right! One does get into the series little by little. I finished watching episode 2 and so far so good

One thing I noticed though, Just like all previous Gundam series, the "heroes" I believe are usually brainwash, not brainwash as in do what I say, or maybe that's it -chuckles-. But they are make to think that the organization they are in WILL accomplish world peace.

And in the end, they come to recognized that there is really no organization out there that's right, therefore they come to their own terms and join whom they think they should follow or just drop the entire thing.

But I'm curious to find out where this story is heading too.

So Kuddos! Gundam 00. I'm hook for now

Well before my daily 411 which will appear later today, I just wanted to let you guys know of a new thing in our site call Alkira's backyard. What we want to do in this page is for everyone to tell us about your favorite hangouts. Make your videos, send it to us and you might see them in our site. Anything goes from a convention you went to to your favorite hangout or bookstore, this of course is to give an example. We will be doing it too! It's more like a fun thing to do in your spare time

So when it comes to our website, slowly but surely we are getting things done. Our shop will soon open so if you have ideas you are more then welcome!

Heebi-chan asked me to put an iChat on the site for any at the moment questions you might have for her regarding photoshop and the other programs(check site for the list in tutorials :D) you know when you get stuck on a drawing or color scheme

so anyways! that will be up soon as I get the layout design, which is in progress.

I tested it and believe me it's no fun talking to yourself.

Gundam 00 episode 1

Like any other Gundam series, it all begins with war. From what I was able to recap from episode 1 earth is divided into different federations and an organization call 'Celestial being' will try to stop war by destroying those countries who support or do go to war.

Contradicting isn't it lol..

So far animation is good and for a first episode, right away it does get your interest making you go "ok, it looks good"

It's worth watching. I know I'm behind since the second season ended on March 2009, but from what I read a movie will come out next year.

If any of you have watched this or any other Gundam series, let me know what you think of it so I can watch it!

After all, when it comes to Anime or even Manga I'm a little behind \\(<.<|>.>)//

Seriously, I have heard about this anime. I'm a big Gundam Wing fan. I remember when it would air in Cartoon Network at 3:30 i think lol and I would rush out of school to go watch it. Hey! it was the time of Toonami and you could not watch anime on weekend. Yah, that looong ago (._.)

Somehow though, I always made it on time with an upset sister that would say I would leave her behind (^_^;) I was young -laughs-

Ok back to Gundam 00, I think I'll give it a try and then I'll let you know what I think of it. Hopefully is good, but nothing will compare to Gundam Wing :3

Manga recommendation

I finally finish reading Volume one of Ai Wo Utau Yori Ore NI Oberero. First thing first, like I mention in a post below this is a gender bender. So the first impression anyone will think of is.."omg! is this Yaoi!" See for yourself and then try to tell me I was wrong.
This manga is full of bishounens... ok I'm drifting away from the main reason I was writing this.

Ai Wo Utau Yori Ore NI Oberero is a story about a boy joining an all girls band due to his girlish features and the I would say fitish he has with one of the band memebers. This is like any other shoujo story where boy meets girl, falls in love, tries to make her fall in love with him, so on and so forth.

Over all, it's a really kawaii managa and if you want to read something a little out of the ordinary why not. It's worth the time. So far there are 5 volumes to this manga.

One thing does pop in my mind. If this would become an Anime, I think not only it would be sweet but Hilarious!

K-drama

Have any of you ever seen k-drama before?

Well let me tell you! It's pretty awesome!

I accidentally bumped into it one day loooooooooong ago and have been hooked on it. I'm serious!

One day I was flipping through channels and I was BORED out of my mind. Now keep in mind, I'm not into soaps. So during my torment of boredness (If that's even a word lol) I stumble upon a drama. I was like hey! This looks interesting and everything else is history.

Now keep in mind K-dramas are not like American Soaps that somehow the characters are always there and some how they never end. Like All my children. I have nothing against it so don't kill me for it. I just think there is more to a K-drama really.

So if you haven't watch one maybe you should give it a try.

Here are a few I would suggest to start with:
9 Ends 2 Outs

This K-drama is about love of singles in their 30s. This drama uses baseball to compare the game to life.

Ganbatte Ikimasshoi

This story is about Etsuko Shinomura who is trying to start a girls crew on her school and all the struggles that go with it.

Full House

Now this drama I believe is a Classic! Han Ji Eun got cheated out of everything she owned by her friend and she needs to get back home to Korea and ends up in a marriage contract! Go figuere right? But she nevers looks at life negetavely. It's a really sweet and romantic story and if you're into it, it's a must see

So I stumble upon AI wo UTAU YORI ORE NI OBORERO! and for a gender bender manga it's pretty funny. I'm not done with Volume I yet, but if you want a good laugh it's worth the reading. Once I finish i'll be able to post a short summery (^_^)

The Japanese Garden

After doing my research on this garden it surprised me to find out that it was in the San Fernando Valley, California. I've been to other Japanese Garden in Los Angeles. Prices vary of course but for $3 a person it's not bad. Especially during this economical times. It's a 6 acres oasis in the middle of the valley.

Once you enter though, it's a different story. All you hear it's the waterfall running, the birds singing and the wind caressing your face.

You are able to be around people who go there to relax, take pictures, or just individuals who are trying to get away from the busy streets. What surprised me the most was the fact that what divides this Oasis from the rest is a wall. I would recommend anyone, no matter the age to stop by. Believe me it's worth it.

Unfortunately, not a lot of information is out at the moment.

Two weeks left!!

If you think it's two weeks before getting the site up and running. Unfortunately that's not the case (-.-;;)

But I have two weeks left of school for the semester, so I'll be able to focus on the blog and site!
So please do not lose hope! (^w^)

Although, as I was browsing the internet, I stumble upon a website that talked about a Japanese Garden that's approximately $3.00 a person. Compare to other gardens that sounds like a deal. Especially during this economy where we all need to cut back.
Besides we all know a Japanese Garden is a good place to go and relax.

Hopefully I'll be able to go there in two weeks and maybe drag Heebi-chan!

I will be taking pictures and if you live around the area once I get all the details I'll be able to inform you about it.

Artists and their ways

Heebi-chan decided to build a different layout. I personally like the idea she has (^_^)
Of course it delays our uploading date (.-.)
What to do, what to do...

I believe things happen for a reason and what I'll be able to do is start creating the code and go from there till I'm able to see what they layout will look like.

I did start reading Beauty Pop and I can tell that mangaka Kiyoko Aria right away attracts the reader by introducing the protagonist in one of the her many situations. I think it's pretty funny and nice so far. But I'll wait and see till I finish.

On a side note: I have finals just around the corner, which can delay my reading and coding duties, but I will write on the blog for updates.

Good thing is, I finish the semester before Heebi-chan (^o^)

Hello everyone!

Great News Heebi-chan is making the final layout version! (^_^)

Well guys I have good news for you!!! As my sources have "leaked" out free art will be posted soon. This will be giving out first come first serve. What kind of art you ask? Well it's cool! and it's totally something I think will be like! -hint- If you like to "rp" you should really stay tune! But shhhh! Let's hope Heebi-chan doesn't find out I said this ;). Stay tune
